Initial Screening

  • After matching our requirement with yours skill set and experience one of talent acquisition team member will reach you via phone to get more detailedinformation regarding your profile.

In-person Interview

When– After doing screening test if they find you the perfect match than they will invite you for In-person round which will be taken by one of the Experienced person as he is the better judge!
Type– Depends on requirement and situations.(Skype/face-to face)

Technical Interview

When -After taking your in-person round we will take your technical round.
It will be taken by one of the team member who is having good number of experience in technical competencies plus he will be the person with whom you will be working in future!
Type – In-person

Offer

  • After taking necessary feedbacks from all the panel we will move to Offer rolling process.
  • After taking necessary feedbacks from all the panel we will move to Offer rolling process.
  • Here you have to coordinate with HR people for providing necessary documents and details.
