In continuation with my first blog, the successful cloud adoption would also cater to cloud goals, maturity and Incident/service/change management.
|Cost Management||Cloud strategy must consider cost management as part of cloud strategy and recommend patterns for regularly observing cost behavior, detect anomalies and inform relevant stakeholders.|

Review Change, Incident & Service and Asset Management
|SLA Management||Understand and note the current SLA management process if any. For example, <<XXX>> is in the process of onboarding SNOW(Service Now) for SLA management.SLA policies are currently defined in SNOW.|
|Change Management||Same as above. Understand the change management process for the current system. Also, understand how cloud resources can co-exist with on-premise resources. For example, for cloud strategy, SNOW will be considered for Change Management|
|Incident & Service Management||Same as above. Understand the Incident/service management process for the current system. Also, understand how cloud resources can co-exist with on-premise resources.

|Asset Management||Understand the current asset management process. For example, <<XXX>> is going to utilize SNOW’s discovery module for the public cloud.
